Key Responsibilities
  • Conducting internal audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls, risk management, and governance processes.
  • Identifying areas for improvement and making recommendations to enhance operational efficiency and compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Performing risk assessments and developing audit plans to address key areas of concern.
  • Executing audit procedures, analyzing data, and documenting findings in accordance with professional standards.
  • Communicating audit results and providing practical recommendations to management for corrective action.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement audit recommendations and monitor progress.
Requirements
  • Fluency in Arabic is a must, with strong communication skills in both Arabic and English.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in internal auditing, preferably within the insurance industry.
  • CPA and CIA certification are highly desirable.
  • Experience working with a Big 4 accounting firm is a plus.
  • Proficiency in audit methodologies, risk assessment techniques, and internal control frameworks.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
