Register a Complaint
Stakeholder engagement in the form of feedback or complaints is an opportunity to improve our insurance products and customer service. We do our best to respond and resolve the complaints at the first point of contact, where possible.
We provide our stakeholders with accessible means to communicate their feedback and complaints, including personal visits to our office.

If you are not satisfied with the resolution we provide, or if we are unable to deliver a final response within 30 calendar days, you may escalate your complaint to “Sanadak.”
Sanadak is an independent Ombudsman Unit dedicated to addressing customer complaints with insurance institutions. It ensures disputes are resolved impartially, fairly, and transparently between customers and financial institutions.
