Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop engaging visual content across all marketing platforms, including social media, websites, and print.
- Create animations and motion graphics to simplify complex concepts and enhance digital visibility.
- Collaborate with the MarCom team to ensure content alignment with brand identity and messaging.
- Maintain and evolve visual branding consistency across all materials.
- Keep abreast of design trends and technologies for ongoing improvement.
- Engage in creative ideation with cross-functional teams to boost engagement and conversion.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field.
- Demonstrated graphic design and animation expertise, backed by a strong portfolio.
- Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and other design tools.
- Deep knowledge of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Organizational prowess and ability to meet deadlines.
- Agency experience is a plus.
