Key Responsibilities
- Handle motor claims from intimation through to settlement
- Review documentation, policy coverage, and liability assessment
- Coordinate with surveyors, garages, and customers
- Communicate effectively in Arabic and English
- Ensure adherence to internal policies and service standards
- Identify and escalate discrepancies or potential fraud risks
- Maintain accurate and complete claims documentation
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in motor claims handling
- Fluent Arabic (spoken and written) — mandatory
- Strong understanding of UAE motor insurance practices
- Experience managing the full claims lifecycle
- Strong communication and client handling skills
- Ability to manage claim volumes efficiently
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
