Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve Sales Targets: Meet or exceed sales targets while ensuring excellent customer service by handling inbound calls in a timely manner.
- Upselling and Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell relevant products.
- Customer Interaction Management: Handle customer inquiries through multiple channels, including phone calls, online chats, emails, and in-person interactions.
- Product Guidance: Provide clear explanations of product benefits, procedures, and terms.
- Product Recommendations: Recommend suitable products based on customer needs and preferences.
- Renewals and Follow-Ups: Conduct outbound calls for policy renewals and follow-ups.
- Application Processing: Process insurance applications and renewals accurately and efficiently.
- Case Assessment & Premium Determination: Evaluate insurance cases and determine the appropriate premium.
- Industry Awareness: Stay updated on insurance industry trends, products, and regulations.
- Policy Compliance: Adhere strictly to company policies and guidelines.
- Proactive Customer Engagement: Engage proactively with customers to exceed expectations and enhance satisfaction.
- Schedule Adherence: Follow assigned schedules and work plans diligently.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (mandatory)
- Fluency in both Arabic and English (spoken and written-Mandatory)
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience
- Previous experience in customer service, call center, or claims handling (preferred)
- The role requires working onsite from the office
Skills & Experience Requirements:
- 5–7 years of progressive experience in credit control, accounts receivable, or financial reporting.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, Power Query).
- Hands-on experience with data visualization tools such as QlikView, Power BI, or Tableau.
- Proven ability to design dashboards and analytical reports for management review.
- Excellent reconciliation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in English and Arabic, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail, capable of meeting tight deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and manage a small team effectively.
- Preferred: Experience in the insurance industry, UAE credit practices (including AECB checks), and knowledge of insurance receivable cycles.
