Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct physical inspections of accident-damaged vehicles
- Assess damages and prepare detailed survey reports with repair estimates
- Recommend repair methods aligned with policy coverage and cost control objectives
- Coordinate closely with claims teams, garages, and workshops
- Ensure consistent turnaround in line with operational timelines
- Support fraud detection through technical validation
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting standards
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in motor surveying
- Strong technical expertise in automotive repairs and damage assessment
- Ability to perform in a high-volume, field-based environment
- Experience working within insurance claims functions
- Familiarity with UAE garage networks is an advantage
- Strong reporting and documentation discipline
- UAE driving license preferred
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
